Holy Spirit Ascension
Membership & Use

Terms & Conditions

Effective September 29, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Holy Spirit Ascension ("HSA"), including its website, accounts, formation programs, spiritual practices, tools, resources, and paid membership features. Holy Spirit Ascension is operated by My Crown of Grace Publishing LLC.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using HSA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the HSA Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not create an account or use features that require acceptance of them.

1. Purpose of Holy Spirit Ascension

Holy Spirit Ascension is a spiritual formation platform designed to provide education, practices, reflection tools, prayer resources, fasting programs, Scripture studies, journaling tools, and other resources intended to help participants develop their personal relationship with God.

HSA provides structure and resources for spiritual formation. It does not promise or guarantee a particular spiritual experience, revelation, outcome, healing, transformation, answer to prayer, or interpretation of an individual's experiences.

Your relationship with God is your own.

HSA provides tools for the journey. It does not replace personal prayer, Scripture, discernment, conscience, responsible decision-making, or your own relationship with God.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

HSA accounts are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and protecting access to devices through which you use HSA.

You are responsible for maintaining a current email address associated with your HSA account. Account, membership, billing, renewal, security, and other important service communications may be sent to that address. If your email address changes, you should update it through your HSA account when that option is available or contact HSA for assistance.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using another person's identity without authorization, attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with HSA authentication or security systems.

Please notify HSA at support@holyspiritascension.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Free and Paid Access

HSA may provide both free resources and features available through a paid membership.

The content, programs, tools, and features included with free or paid access may change as Holy Spirit Ascension develops. HSA may add, modify, reorganize, improve, replace, or discontinue particular features when reasonably necessary to operate or develop the service.

Changes to HSA features do not transfer ownership of HSA materials to users.

4. Paid Membership and Recurring Billing

Holy Spirit Ascension may offer monthly and annual paid membership options. The price, billing interval, and applicable membership terms will be presented before purchase.

Paid memberships automatically renew at the selected billing interval until canceled. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your subscription at each renewal.

For monthly memberships, HSA intends to send a renewal reminder approximately five days before the next scheduled renewal. For annual memberships, HSA intends to send a renewal reminder approximately thirty days before the next scheduled renewal.

Renewal reminders are intended to provide advance notice of an upcoming recurring charge and give members time to review or manage their membership. Members may cancel before the scheduled renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge, subject to any additional rights provided by applicable law.

HSA cannot guarantee delivery of an email reminder when delivery is prevented by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including an outdated or incorrect account email address, spam filtering, mailbox limitations, or email service disruptions.

Membership payments may be processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. HSA does not require users to provide complete payment-card information directly to HSA's Firestore database.

HSA may change membership pricing from time to time. If a price change will apply to an existing recurring membership, HSA will provide notice before the new price is charged and will identify when the new price will take effect. Nothing in these Terms limits any additional notice or consent rights required by applicable law.

5. Refund Policy

We want new members to have an opportunity to determine whether Holy Spirit Ascension is right for them. Your first-ever paid HSA membership purchase is eligible for a refund when the refund is requested within seven calendar days of the initial payment.

The seven-day refund period applies only to your first-ever paid membership purchase and does not restart if you cancel and later purchase a membership again, change membership plans, or return to HSA after a previous paid membership.

To request an eligible refund, contact support@holyspiritascension.com within seven calendar days of the initial payment. Please contact us from the email address associated with your HSA account so that the membership and payment can be identified.

Monthly and annual renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Members may cancel before their scheduled renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge. Refunds may still be issued when appropriate for duplicate charges, billing errors, or when required by applicable law.

If your initial membership payment is refunded, paid membership access may end when the refund is processed. Receiving a refund does not necessarily delete your HSA account. Account deletion is a separate action described below.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring paid membership through the membership or billing tools provided for your account.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation stops future renewal and does not immediately delete your HSA account. Paid access may continue through the end of the applicable paid access period.

After paid access ends, features reserved for active members may become unavailable.

Eligible personal archives may remain available in read-only form. This may include supported journal archives, prayer archives, and Trace the Pattern archives. Former members may be unable to create, edit, or delete entries through paid-member tools unless membership access is restored.

Canceling membership is not the same as deleting your HSA account.

7. Account Deletion

Users who wish to remove their HSA account and HSA-stored personal content may use available account-deletion tools or contact HSA for assistance.

Account deletion is separate from membership cancellation and may permanently remove content associated with the account.

Certain transaction, security, fraud-prevention, legal, or regulatory records may be retained when required or permitted by law. Third-party payment processors may also retain records according to their own legal obligations and policies.

Additional information concerning account data and deletion is available in the HSA Privacy Policy .

8. Your Journals, Prayers, and Personal Content

You retain ownership of original personal content that you create through HSA, including your journal entries, personal prayers, personal reflections, responses, and original studies.

My Crown of Grace Publishing LLC does not become the owner of your personal journal, prayers, or personal spiritual experiences simply because you use HSA to store them.

By choosing to save personal content through HSA, you give My Crown of Grace Publishing LLC only the limited permission reasonably necessary to host, store, process, retrieve, display, back up, and otherwise technically handle that content for the purpose of providing HSA to you.

This permission does not give HSA the right to sell your personal spiritual content or use private journal entries, prayers, or studies to create advertising profiles.

9. HSA Materials and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise identified, the programs, lessons, written materials, exercises, prompts, program structures, graphics, branding, logos, website design elements, original resources, and other content created for Holy Spirit Ascension are owned by or licensed to My Crown of Grace Publishing LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Membership or account access gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use HSA materials for your own personal spiritual formation.

Unless you have written permission from My Crown of Grace Publishing LLC, you may not:

  • reproduce or distribute substantial portions of HSA programs or lessons;
  • republish HSA materials as your own program, course, book, website, application, or resource;
  • sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute HSA materials;
  • share paid-member access credentials to provide unauthorized access to another person;
  • remove ownership notices from protected HSA materials; or
  • represent yourself as Holy Spirit Ascension or My Crown of Grace Publishing LLC without authorization.

These restrictions do not prevent ordinary personal use, personal notes, quotations permitted by applicable law, or sharing a link to publicly available HSA material.

10. Scripture and Third-Party Materials

HSA may quote, reference, link to, or discuss Scripture, historical sources, books, articles, research, or other third-party materials. Ownership of third-party material remains with its respective owners where applicable.

HSA's original commentary, lesson structure, exercises, program design, and other original material remain subject to the intellectual-property provisions of these Terms.

11. Spiritual Discernment and Interpretation

HSA may contain material concerning prayer, hearing God, discernment, dreams, visions, symbolism, spiritual experiences, Scripture interpretation, prophetic study, or similar subjects.

These resources are provided for spiritual formation, education, reflection, and study. Users remain responsible for testing what they perceive, exercising personal judgment, and making their own decisions.

HSA does not guarantee that a particular thought, dream, vision, impression, interpretation, pattern, sign, or perceived spiritual communication originates from God or has a particular meaning.

HSA tools should not be used as a substitute for appropriate professional assistance or responsible decision-making concerning medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other significant matters.

12. Fasting, Health, and Physical Practices

HSA includes fasting programs and may discuss food restriction, intermittent fasting, water fasting, dietary changes, rest, movement, sunlight, or other physical practices in a spiritual context.

These resources are provided for educational and spiritual formation purposes and are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or individualized medical advice.

Individual health needs vary. Certain fasting practices may not be appropriate for everyone. Users are responsible for considering their health, medications, nutritional needs, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, history of disordered eating, medical conditions, and other relevant circumstances before participating.

Where appropriate, users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a restrictive or prolonged fast and should stop a fast and seek appropriate care if concerning symptoms develop.

Additional information is provided in the HSA Health & Fasting Disclaimer .

13. No Emergency or Professional Services

Holy Spirit Ascension is not an emergency service, medical provider, mental-health provider, legal service, financial adviser, or crisis response service.

Messages sent through HSA or to HSA support are not monitored as an emergency communication channel and should not be relied upon for urgent assistance.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis services available in your location.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Holy Spirit Ascension to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account or private content;
  • interfere with HSA's website, authentication, databases, security, or infrastructure;
  • introduce malicious code or intentionally disrupt the service;
  • use automated systems to scrape, copy, harvest, or reproduce HSA materials without authorization;
  • distribute another person's private information without authorization;
  • use HSA to engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, or unlawful activity; or
  • circumvent membership restrictions or provide unauthorized access to paid materials.

15. Suspension or Termination

HSA may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, My Crown of Grace Publishing LLC, or third parties, including in cases of fraud, unauthorized access, serious misuse, security threats, material violations of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

When reasonably possible and appropriate, HSA may provide notice or an opportunity to address an account issue before permanent termination.

16. Availability and Changes to HSA

We work to keep Holy Spirit Ascension available and functional, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

HSA may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet outages, third-party service failures, security concerns, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Features, programs, tools, or website structures may change as HSA develops. When a material change affects paid membership, HSA will seek to provide reasonable notice when appropriate.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Holy Spirit Ascension and its content and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

My Crown of Grace Publishing LLC does not guarantee that HSA will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every technical defect, nor does it guarantee a particular spiritual, personal, physical, emotional, financial, or other outcome from participation in HSA programs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Crown of Grace Publishing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, inability to use, or reliance upon Holy Spirit Ascension, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, participation in physical practices, and use of information provided through HSA.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

19. Privacy

Use of Holy Spirit Ascension is also governed by the HSA Privacy Policy , which explains how account information and user-created content are collected, used, stored, and disclosed.

20. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as Holy Spirit Ascension develops, membership features change, service providers change, or legal requirements evolve.

When these Terms are updated, the effective date at the beginning of the page will be revised. Additional notice may be provided when a material change reasonably requires it.

Continued use of HSA after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and your use of Holy Spirit Ascension are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the HSA Privacy Policy, Health & Fasting Disclaimer, and any additional terms presented at the time of a particular purchase or enrollment, constitute the agreement between you and My Crown of Grace Publishing LLC concerning your use of Holy Spirit Ascension.

If specific terms presented for a particular membership, purchase, or service conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms will control with respect to that purchase or service to the extent of the conflict.

23. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
